Below is a one tonne brine brick ice machine made by ROBIN Ice Machines for a customer in Nigeria, made of 304 stainless steel with R404A refrigerant. A 5kg mould was used. The daily output is 500kg, the production has been completed, the test machine is completed, the customer is very satisfied.
A brine block ice machine is a traditional ice making equipment. It is used to make ice cubes by lowering the freezing point of water by adding salt.
Brine block ice machines can be divided into two types: brine freezer ice machines and brine evaporator ice machines. A brine freezer ice machine creates ice cubes by filling water into a container, adding the right amount of salt, and then creating ice cubes by cooling the water below freezing point through a refrigeration system. On the other hand, brine evaporative ice machines create ice cubes by filling water into a container and then evaporating the water through the heat exchange effect between the brine and the ice cubes.
The advantage of the brine block ice machine is that the ice produced is of higher quality, does not crystallise inside the ice and maintains better transparency.
