The evaporator, also known as the ice bucket, is the key component of the flake ice machine. Water is sprayed out of the evaporator's spray pipe to form a film of water, which exchanges heat with the refrigerant to form a thin layer of ice, which is ultimately broken into ice cubes by the squeezing of the ice blades. For the evaporator, our engineers will conduct three pressure tests on it to ensure the quality.
