Analysis of three blockage faults in ice machines
The blockage of the ice machine system is commonly caused by ice blockage, dirt blockage and oil blockage. Dirty blockage and oil blockage are divided into two categories: blockage and micro-blockage
1. Analysis of the blockage of the ice machine system:
1) Ice blockage: The moisture in the ice making system exceeds the allowable value.
2)Dirty blockage: Excessive impurities, such as dirt remaining in the system during the manufacture of refrigeration equipment, metal oxidation and falling off in the pipeline, molecular sieve or silica gel powder, etc., block the pipeline or the pipeline is deformed under pressure.
3) Oil blockage: Too much refrigeration oil filling and deterioration accumulate in pipelines, small diameters or refrigeration oil becomes sticky after cooling out of capillaries, or too much refrigeration oil adheres to the inner wall of the pipeline due to long use time , causing system blockage.
2. Diagnosis of blockage of ice machine system
1) Ice blockage: intermittent and repeated refrigeration or periodic non-refrigeration phenomenon
2) Dirty blockage, bad blockage, oil blockage: Unlike ice blockage, there will be no intermittent and repeated refrigeration. Once blocked, it will not be able to cool/make ice or the ice making effect will be poor.
3. If there is blockage, it is recommended to find professional maintenance personnel, or contact the original manufacturer for maintenance. ROBIN Machinery, a manufacturer specializing in the production of ice-making equipment.
