Flake Ice Evaporator

Introduction of ROBIN flake ice evaporator:
Flake ice evaporator is a main part of flake ice machine, generally it includes flake ice drum, ice blade, reducer, main axle, upper & bottom pedestals, water dispenser, water tank, water pump, brine pump and support frame.

The evaporator is a vertical drum structure, composed of ice - making main components, ice cutter, main shaft, water separator, baffle plate. They rotate slowly counterclockwise with the help of the speed reducer. Water enters the water separator from the inlet of the ice-making machine evaporator, and is evenly sprinkled on the inner wall of the evaporator through the sprinkling pipe to form a water film. The heat exchange between the water film and the refrigerant in the evaporator flow passage results in a rapid decrease of temperature, which forms a thin layer of ice on the inner wall of the evaporator. Under the pressure of the ice knife, the water film breaks into pieces of ice and falls into the ice house from the water mouth. Part of the unfrozen water flows back to the cold water tank through the baffle and enters the next cycle through the cold water circulation pump.

1. The inner wall of the evaporator: it is made of cold-rolled plate with high thermal conductivity or seawater corrosion resistance material of 316, and the inner wall thickness is detected by sound waves to ensure the uniformity of the wall thickness after finishing grinding.
2. Ice skates: Made of SUS304 seamless steel tubes, durable.
3. Spindle and other accessories: high precision processing made of SUS304, food-grade health standard.
4. Heat preservation: Imported polyurethane foam is used for heat preservation, and the foam machine is filled with filling, which is firm and full with good heat preservation effect.
