Cambodian customer has received 1 ton of tube ice machine
Before the machine is shipped, our engineers set up the parameters of the machine so that it can be used properly once the customer receives it.
After the customer received the machine, the customer's engineer checked the refrigerant, installed the water tower and the connecting pipes between the water tower and the ice machine.
Because of the control system of the tube ice machine, it was the first time for the customer to use it. By looking at the touch screen information on the machine, we gave appropriate instructions to scale back the ice making time and allow the customer to restore the parameters to the original.
After the adjustment, after making ice three or four times, we can see that the thickness of the output ice as well as the degree of hollowness meets the customer's requirements.
