Recently, Robin Machinery Co., Ltd. warmly welcomed a client from Mauritania for the inspection of their third purchase of a 3-ton flake ice machine. The client expressed high satisfaction with our product. This machine uses a German Bitzer compressor and an enlarged condenser, making it particularly suitable for the high-temperature environment of the client’s location and the order has been packed and shipped.
Our flake ice machine boasts numerous advantages. The thickness of the flake ice can be selected between 1.8 to 2.2mm (over 2.0mm requires an inverter). The flake ice is dry, smooth, has a low water content, does not easily clump together, has no sharp edges, and will not damage refrigerated goods. The evaporator barrel undergoes an annealing process to eliminate welding stress, ensuring that the evaporator barrel does not deform.The touch screen design supports multiple language interfaces (Chinese/English/Arabic/French/Spanish). Clients can also translate the English version into their local language, which we will input into the PLC to meet the needs of customers speaking different languages. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with various protection functions, such as compressor protection, phase sequence protection, high and low-pressure protection, overload protection, and water shortage protection, ensuring the machine is protected at the first sign of a fault, thereby extending its service life. The equipment also supports automatic on/off time settings, making operation convenient.
