This customer uses a flake ice machine made of 304 stainless steel. The slice ice machine adopts fully automatic control, the operator only needs to press a switch to run. The evaporator material are made of imported 304 stainless steel, which ensures that the ice bucket is super corrosion-resistant and the ice sheet is clean and hygienic.
And the slice ice machine adopts PLC programmable control system: that is, through the PLC programmable controller on the ice machine unit to start, stop automatic control, so that the ice bucket mechanical operation system, water supply circulatory system coordinated and matched to achieve safe and efficient operation. When the unit fails, PLC automatically stops the machine for protection and displays the state of the fault indicator on the input point, when the fault recovers, PLC receives the information and starts the unit automatically, thus realising the full automation control.
