The 1-ton cube ice machine customized for Peruvian customers was completed and tested successfully. The customer was very satisfied and prepared to ship it. The customer used three-phase voltage, Copeland compressor, Siemens PLC program controller, water cooling, and LS electrical components.
The cube ice machine is an efficient, energy-saving and hygienic ice-making equipment. The cube ice machine adopts the hot fluorine defrosting method, which has a fast defrosting speed and the whole process only takes 150-180 seconds. The equipment has an additional defrosting drainage function, which can be emptied instantly during defrosting. The remaining water in the cold water tank makes the ice cleaner and more transparent. The ice tray is treated with a special process to improve the freezing efficiency and make the ice-making environment cleaner.
