The 1ton direct cooling block ice machine we made for Egyptian customer is ready for delivery
Egyptian customer placed an order with us for a direct cooling block ice machine with a daily capacity of 1 tonne and 10kg of moulds. 15 pieces of moulds, making ice 7 times a day.
Adopting aviation grade aluminium, the material is better, thicker and stronger, the thickness of the partition plate is 12mm, the thickness of the freezing plate is 22mm, the ice mould will not be deformed after a long time of use. The bottom of the evaporator adopts dovetail groove, which effectively helps to lock the water.
Spliced by a special process, no welding, no welded joints, ice smooth de-icing.
