Turkey received two 15-ton flake ice machine evaporators customized by our company, and they are running very well. After the customer placed the order, we made them for the customer on an expedited basis, and the customer was very satisfied with our products.
The flake ice machine evaporator is the core component of the flake ice machine, also known as the ice bucket, which is usually cylindrical in shape. Its working principle is to use the low-temperature condensed liquid refrigerant to pass through the evaporator, exchange heat with the water flowing through the inner wall of the evaporator, vaporize and absorb heat, so that the water quickly drops below 0℃ and freezes. Then, the rotating reducer drives the ice blade to scrape off the ice layer to form flake ice.
