1. When the machine arrives at the site, please check whether the parts and models are consistent with the order list. If the packing is intact, if there is any damage, please carefully check every part of the machine for collision, deformation, displacement, loose bolts, loose wires, etc. If there is any problem above, please check and test the machine by professional personnel to confirm that it will not affect the normal operation before receiving the goods. Otherwise, we have the right to reject the goods.
2. The installation position and environment of the machine directly affect the normal service life and effect of the machine, so it is very important to choose a reasonable installation position and environment. Snow protection means that the machine must be installed on a level ground, with good ventilation and heat dissipation, and in a dry and pollution-free environment (see instructions). Otherwise the consequences will be their own.
3. In the process of installation and operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to reverse, collision and vibration to avoid loosening and damage of parts.
4. The ice machine is placed on the top of the ice storage tank, the ice opening of the machine and the ice opening on the ice storage tank must be neat, so as not to cause the illusion of full ice.
5. Flake ice machine power supply is three-phase five-wire system: frequency 50HZ, voltage 380V (minimum 342V, maximum 418V) wiring, please pay attention to R, S, T, live wire, N, zero wire (note: blue line is zero wire), E for ground wire, connection frame designated ground wire.
Remember: use a multimeter or pencil to ensure that the hot line is correctly connected to the power supply, otherwise the power switch may burn out.
6. If a system failure occurs for the first time, it is usually a phase sequence problem. Replace any two of the three fire lines, and the green and yellow indicators on the phase sequence protector will be on.
7. The water source should meet the drinking water standard, the external water source should be connected with PVC or PPR (0.5-3 tons 4 points, 5 tons above 6 points), tap water (minimum 0.15mpa) below this pressure, prone to water shortage fault indication. The maximum value is 0.5mpa. When higher than this value, float ball valve can not be closed, leakage occurs. When the water pressure is too high, it is recommended to lower the water supply valve at the front of the machine.
8. The overflow and discharge outlets shall be connected with tees, elbows and external gear joints and shall be connected to the brine bucket. Open the drain valve while adding water to the brine bucket.
9. During the operation of the machine, clean the condenser every 2 to 3 months to avoid machine failure or damage due to poor heat dissipation of the condenser
10. Before starting the machine, please put the suction head of the salt water metering pump into the salt water bucket, and add 150g salt into the standard 30KG bucket.
