Robin flake ice machine is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator and other accessories, which are called the four main components of refrigeration in the ice making industry. 1. Compressor: The compressor that powers the ice maker is the heart of the entire ice maker. The low-temperature and low-pressure inhaled vapor refrigerant is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant.
2. Condenser: The condenser is divided into two types: air-cooled condenser and water-cooled condenser. Mainly rely on fans to remove excess heat and cool the high-temperature vapor refrigerant into liquid at room temperature, which provides the necessary conditions for the evaporation of the ice maker.
3. Filter drier: The filter drier is the scavenger of the ice maker, which can filter the moisture and debris in the ice making system to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
4. Expansion valve: The expansion valve is composed of a valve body, a balance pipe and a valve core. Its function is to throttle and expand the liquid refrigerant into a vaporous refrigerant, provide conditions for the evaporation of the ice maker, and adjust the flow of the refrigerant.
5. Evaporator: The evaporator of the flake ice machine is also called an ice bucket. Water enters the sprinkler pipe of the evaporator and sprays the water evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator to form a water film. The water film exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the flow channel of the evaporator, the temperature drops rapidly, and a thin layer of ice is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator. Under the squeeze of the ice skates, it will break into ice flakes and fall into the ice storage bin. Part of the uniced water flows back to the cold water tank through the water baffle from the water return port. Whether ice machine manufacturers can produce evaporators is a symbol of the strength of ice machine manufacturers.
6. Electric box: usually enter the control system in the electric box to control the coordinated operation of each accessory. Usually the electrical box is composed of multiple relays, contactors, PLC controllers, phase sequence protectors, switching power supplies and other accessories. The assembled Lier ice maker is much better than the circuit board. The system is stable, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. The disadvantage is that it is expensive.
7. One-way valve: The one-way valve allows the refrigerant to flow in the design direction to prevent the refrigerant from flowing back and flowing.
8. Solenoid valve: The solenoid valve is used to control the flow, speed and pressure of the refrigerant in the ice making system.
