Working principle of ice rake

The lifting device of the ice scraper automatically adjusts the vertical height of the ice scraper. The upper and lower limits and safety protection switches are provided on the lifting device. When the ice chamber is filled with ice, the lifting device stops rising and the ice slicer stops making ice.
In the ice circulation process of the ice store, the lifting device of the ice rake automatically lowers the ice rake, and the ice rake rotates in reverse direction to rake the ice into the horizontal conveyor screw machine under the ice baffle plate. When the ice storage chamber is empty, the limit switch of the lower limit moves, so that the lifting device stops working. Ensure the safety and reliability of the ice storage operation.
Ice rake machine
