The direct-type ice machine adopts industry-leading technology and directly exchanges heat between the refrigerant and water. After a certain period of time, the water in the water tank eventually freezes to ice. Then the controller system automatically switches to the ice-removing mode, and the hot-fluoride is circulation in evaporator,it is fast deice method.
The evaporator adopts a special process to ensure that the ice produced meets the demand of food, and the ice can be directly consumed, so as to get rid of the situation where the salt water is mixed with the traditional brine ice.

It’s a special block machine(can equip with a cold room) which installed inside the container, very convenient for transportation.
Containerized block ice machine Robin have different capacities for 3-10 tons. It can equip with a 30CBM cold room which can store of goods such as meats, vegetables, fruits, pharmaceutical and industrial raw material, etc. The temp. could be controlled between 5℃ to -20℃,or even lower, the lowest temp. we reach now is -50℃.

Direct cooling way is a novel cooling method,this cooling way is called direct evaporated or direct cooling ice block machine. And it adopts aluminum freezing plates which completely conform to food standards. If the water supply is fresh water or clean, then the block ice can be eaten directly, and of course it can also be used for foodstuffs cooling, fish cooling, etc.
