During the exhibition, Jinan robin Machinery Co., Ltd. presented the direct cooling ice block machine with automatic ice pushing device and the slurry ice machine.
I. Direct cooling block ice machine with automatic ice pusher
The ice machine is a core product of ROBIN and is made of aluminium plate, which is chemically stable, hard and hygienic. PLC control technology, automatic water replenishment, automatic de-icing, fast icing time, high output and fast de-icing. Safe operation, low risk, low cost. Small footprint, flexible to move.
The automatic ice pusher is a new product developed by Koller and is a simple to install, reliable and low cost ice pusher for direct chilled ice machines. This ice pusher solves the problems associated with the traditional way of pulling ice by wire rope, such as easy breakage of the wire rope, the possibility of the wire rope running out of position and the difficulty of returning the ice pusher to its original position. At the exhibition, the ROBIN automatic ice pusher attracted the attention of the visitors and was well received.
Ⅱ.Slurry ice machine
The slurry ice machine is fast and covers the fresh food in the shortest possible time, creating a dead-end immersion type of quick-freezing. The temperature of fluid ice is between -2 and -5°C, without any damage to the cellular tissue of the frozen product. The ice crystals of fluid ice are between 0.2-0.5mm, which is particularly soft and soft to the touch, allowing it to enter the interior of the frozen objects such as fish and shrimps; the frozen objects will not rub against each other and hurt the frozen objects. The direct production of ice from sea water greatly reduces the running costs of ice.
