20 ton Flake ice machine is a kind of ice making machine, generally for industrial ice making machines. The ice produced is a thin flake. Sheet ice can be made from fresh water or salt water.

Flake ice is dry, pure, powder-less, not easy to melt and its temperature can reach -5 degrees. Its thickness is about 1.5mm-2.2mm, without edges or corners which can produce the cooling food, fish, seafood ad other products

5 tons 24 hrs flake ice machine RBF50 is a middle capacity ice machine. This capacity is suitable for many small size fish processing plant, or a small amout of fish pre-cooling demand. Air cooled condenser is still available for this capacity. So it is a very good choice for fishing industrial on the islands. The automatic flake ice machine adopts the latest vertical inner spiral ice skate evaporator. When making ice, the water inside the ice bucket is evenly distributed to the inner wall of the ice bucket to quickly freeze. After the ice is formed, it is cut by a spiral ice skate. The ice falls, so that the surface of the evaporator is fully utilized, which improves the working efficiency of the ice machine. The borneol is of good quality and is dry and not bonded.
