1. CJS5000 double heads weighing machine begin to weigh the ice at the target weight and fill ice to packing machine;

2. VFS7300 packaging machine automatically realize functions of bag-making、filling、sealing、printing, counting, cutting, etc.

3. Take-off conveyor will convey out the finished bags

Automatic CJS5000 two heads weighing machine 1.The weighing machine is equipped with a independent floor-standing sealed waterproof electric control cabinet, which reduces the damage to the internal electrical components of the water generated during the weighing process and prolongs the service life of the machine; 2.Not only a vibration motor is installed in the silo of the double-head weigher, but also a stirring screw is installed to prevent ice from sticking in the silo and affecting the feeding
	VFS730-B automatic vertical packing machine (PE film sealing system)  This machine can automatic realize functions of bag- making, filling, sealing, printing, cutting, etc.

	Platform with guardrail and ladder The platform will be made by and stainless steel 304 ,with ladder and guard rail, weight is about 100kg
